Implementation Services

Contigo fully support our clients through the implementation process by providing a dedicated team to ensure the product implementation fully meets each client’s requirements. Our experienced project managers will lead you through our implementation process, to ensure the product is implemented in a timely manner and is fully configured to meet your needs.

Product Customisation

For any requirements that cannot be met by the product, a range of customisation options are available. These range from simple styling or configuration of the product, through to complicated validation or event based logic using plug-ins. Contigo support all customisations provided to a client. Examples of customisation provided are:

• Frontend restyling;
• Additional validation;
• Event notification, automated alerts and emails;
• Customisation of specific screens within the applications;

All customisations are overlaid on the standard products; there are no bespoke application builds required.

Training

Contigo provide training services for all of our products which can be delivered on site or at a training centre. A range of courses are available for each product, including training targeted at support personnel and developers who wish to develop plug-ins or interfaces to enTrader. Customised training incorporating client specific processes can be provided.

Third Party System Integration

All our products have a strong integration capability allowing them to be easily interfaced with 3rd party systems, such as accounting systems or pricing feeds. Contigo can develop these interfaces as part of the product implementation process, or can train Customer staff in the use of the integration API (Application Programming Interface). Any interfaces developed by Contigo are fully supported. Examples of 3rd party interfaces built by Contigo are:

• Automated loading of prices from external sources;
• Automated integration with SAP and other accounting systems;

Business Intelligence

All our products use the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) as the reporting engine. SSRS is a popular choice amongst clients as it allows internal teams to develop reports; Contigo can also develop any required reports as part of an implementation project. End user developed reports can be built using the Microsoft Report Builder tool. Contigo can provide training in using this tool to allow end users to create their own reports and embed them within enTrader and our other applications.

Hosted Proof of Concept

As part of any implementation project, Contigo can provide a hosted version of the Product that Customers can use to test scenarios or configurations to ensure the Product will meet their needs. This allows customers to gain quick access to the Product without having to implement it on their own infrastructure.
